Advice and technical information:

In consideration of fancy structure and yarn's peculiarities a panel yarn's wastage of 6% must be considered like standard loss during knitting production. This could include unevenness, barrè or shading and must be considered in cost calculation for knitting charges,CMT costs and possible adjustments like inking operation.

In case of any discrepancy or quality problems, knitting production must be stopped and problems immediately reported to our technical department.

Our company will NOT acknowledge more than one dozen knitted panels and in any case NO FINISHED GARMENTS.

Bulk production will follow sampling poundages quality and same technical standards. Therefore you are kindly requested to value the sampling lots carefully before proceeding with bulk order.

One cone will have 6-8 hand made knots. To avoid the knots go into the knitted panels, knitters should adjust the knots detectors to locate the knots and move them to the edge of the knitted panels.

For joining knots, knitters must take away at least one meter yarn to proceed with new hand made knots on both ends in order to avoid loose twisting parts inside the yarn and to avoid loss of elasticity on both sides on correspondence of joining knot.

Instruction for industrial treatment of solid colors garments :

We recommend to carry on a finishing treatment in water at 30°C in a slightly acidulated bath by Acetic acid (pH 4-5), adding softener and silicon emulsion. Centrifuge deeply dry in tumbler pre-heated at 70°- 80°C.Particularly pay attention during drying.

Water-washing treatment should be previously tested to value any possible "handle" change and dimensional distorsion.

Washing instructions to preserve the garments:

Wash in water at 30° (in washing machine if already treated and therefore stabilised) in a neutral environment (pH 7) with soap and/or softening agent for delicate yarns. Alternatively dry-clean the garment with appropriate solvents.

Dry flat is recommended. Do not expose wet garments under direct sunlight. It is recommended to execute the laundering test as per the garment's label, in order to guarantee sizes conformity. Water-washing treatment should be previously tested to evaluate any possible change in hand and dimensional distortion.

In case of strong contrasting colors or striped garments, contact our technical department, which will advise about such possibility and relative fastness values as well as possible price increase.
